Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. During the pandemic, there may be shipping delays that are longer than normal.

  • We prepare items for shipping during our business hours (typically 8am-4pm EST Mon-Fri). Carriers pick up from our shop once a day. There may be exceptions on holidays.

  • We ship in the United States and Internationally. International buyers are responsible for any duty and tax fees that may apply on their end.

  • Free shipping for sharpener orders in the US will come by our choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We’d like to put this out there. You are probably looking at this section because you’re concerned that the product won’t work as well as you hope. Since we started selling these in 2016, we have literally had only a handful of returns. The reviews you read and see online are genuine. We don’t pay or compensate anyone for reviews or feedback. So the odds of you being happy with your All American Sharpener are in your favor … especially if you choose a Model 5005. Be sure to go through the information in our Blade Guide before making your purchase.

Returns

  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Your item must be unopened to be eligible for a full refund.

  • There is a 10% minimum restocking fee if the item is returned in new condition but box has been opened.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item must be received with an RMA number that was provided to you at your request.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We will not accept returns of refurbished models sold, unless it is due to a defect. The warranty on material or workmanship still applies.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Be sure to include contact information and any other information that you wish to provide regarding your return.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • There is a 10% minimum restocking fee if returned in new condition but box has been opened.

  • If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment issuer’s policies.
