Shipping & Returns
We ship in the United States and Internationally. International buyers are responsible for any duty and tax fees that may apply on their end.
Free shipping for sharpener orders in the US will come by our choice of USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item must be received with an RMA number that was provided to you at your request.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Be sure to include contact information and any other information that you wish to provide regarding your return.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment issuer’s policies.
